3 x clippings of scars
1 x cup of fake smiles (bonus Laughs if you can get your hands on some)
4 x tablespoons of “ignoring friends” mix (pre-sifted)
5 x drops of salty tears
1 x sliced heart (remove hard fat)
2 x glasses of water
3 x bottles of ‘sleeping’ pills
2 x shots of drunken vodka
1 x finely cubed brain

Method:
1. Pour into Youths head at the right temperature of breaking point.
2. Let it set for their whole life.
3. Watch them rot.
